A meal without fatty foods should not represent a problem. Try fish or chicken instead of meat (chicken skin should be avoided as it is fatty). And insist on grilled food rather than fried. Go easy on cheese. Although many slimmers think cheese is an ideal dietary aid it is rich in animal fats and unless eaten sparingly may contribute to putting on weight rather than shedding it.
Eat as many green vegetables and salads as you like. Not only are they an excellent source of vitamins and minerals but they also supply the essential fibre the system needs to keep it functioning efficiently.
